Spanish Scramble

A breakfast scramble with a Spanish flare; made with eggs, cheese, hash browns, black beans, corn, tomato and bell pepper.

1. Open package and remove oxygen absorber
2. Add 3/4 cup boiling water
3. Seal, stir and let stand for ~20 minutes
4. Pour contents into a pan, and fry for ~5 minutes

Ingredients: shredded potato hash browns (potatoes, salt, dextrose, sodium bisulfite), powdered egg (whole eggs, yolk, dried egg white), black beans, corn, tomato, powdered cheese (ingredient list), bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, salt, spices and herbs.
